The org structure is poor as we report to two managers, not one Don’t pay men who have less experience more than women, don’t give better reviews to men on team and attribute that to performance when some women on team outperform men. Give qualified candidates an opportunity to interview for positions applied for. Managers should have more interactions with the team as a whole not only those they know. Be more inclusive of all staff on teams, managers should encourage an inclusive environment and not befriend only some of their employees. Be proactive and do not take days to reply to a slack or e-Mail. Managers should be more professional and provide better support.
